Feature of Vertical Cycloid Gear Reducer:

1. Big Velocity- Reducing Ratio: The Ratio of single-stage speed-reducing is 1/11-1/87; the Ratio of double-stage speed-reducing is 1/112-1/5133; the Ratio of three-stage speed-reducing is 1/2057-1/446571;more-stages can be combined according to the requirement.

2. High driving efficiency:D due to adopting rolling engagement in the alling-in part, the driving efficiency can reach above 90%.

Application Field

Cycloidal reducer adopts meshing cycloid pin gear, planetary transmission principle, so usually also called planetary cycloid reducer, planetary cycloidal reducer can be widely used in petroleum, environmental protection, chemical, cement, transport, textile, pharmaceutical, food, printing, lifting, mining, metallurgy, construction, power generation and other industries, as a driver or reduction gear, the machine is divided into horizontal, vertical, biaxial and straight league such as assembly way. Conditions of Use:

1. The cycloid gear reducer is allowed to be used in the continuous working system, and it is allowed to operate in both positive and negative directions. Some models of cycloid reducer only allow one direction rotation.
2. The rated revolution of the input shaft is 1500 revolutions per minute, and it is recommended to use a 6-pole motor with 960 revolutions per minute when the input power is greater than 18.5 KWH.
3. horizontal installation cycloid gear reducer working position is horizontal. When installing the largest horizontal tilt Angle is generally less than 15 °. Other measures should be taken in more than 15 ° guarantee adequate lubrication and prevent leakage.
4. The output shaft of cycloidal pinwheel reducer cannot be subject to larger axial force and radial force, and other measures shall be taken when there are larger axial force and radial force.
